The day of the tournament is called T-Day and all members are needed to cover the jobs. Please plan to be available.

- Golf Course Liaison
- Caterer for the post tournament meal
- On course rules
- Handicap system/Contests/Hole in one requirements and insurance. Hole monitors/Cash and golf prizes
- Marketing – Beth/Brenda and several others
- Internal/external sales, marketing and publicity
- Tournament Brochure and mailout to all past golfers and sponsors.
- ClubRunner Golf Website and online registration
- On course sponsor signage.
- Membership information Packet for February golf meeting.
- Supervise Silent Auction & Drawing Ticket sales.
- Finance & Registration– Roblyn/Rebekah (Plus Registration and logistics staff)
- Tournament bank account
- T-day Registration process and payment collection
- Financial Accounting of all tournament activity.
- Final reports of financial activity and results
