Per Bylaws, consisting of the treasurer and two members appointed by the president who have served as a past-president or treasurer. Duties include a thorough monthly/annual review of the club's financial activities, assist in the preparation of a proposed budget, and other duties to encourage financial integrity and continuous improvement of financial processes.
