W. Gaines Bagby has been with CBRE, Inc. for 36 years and has been a licensed commercial real estate professional in Austin since 1983. The scope of his business is both consultative and transactional, depending on the needs of his clients. He provides his clients with the strategic, and often difficult to find, information they need to make important real estate decisions. His focus is on facilitating the real estate process in ways that deliver value added results to the bottom line in a timely manner.

Gaines is a member of the Rotary Club of Austin and is serving as the Rotary Foundation liaison this year. He has led his club and the district in many capacities.
