Jessie Everline is a value-driven leader with over 17 years of experience in the health care industry. He is currently the Director of Hospital Operations of Baylor Scott & White Health – Austin where he is committed to the team he is privileged to serve and passionate about making healthcare better for the community. He joined Baylor Scott & White Health in 2019 where he has been responsible for the construction, opening and operational leadership for Baylor Scott & White Health’s first medical campus located within the Austin city limits. In this role, Jessie led the way as the team achieved exceptional patient care quality and experience outcomes, top tier employee engagement scores, and launched new clinical service lines such as breast, vascular and colorectal program(s).

Before joining Baylor Scott & White Health, Jessie served in leadership as the Director of Strategic Operations for the University Medical Center Brackenridge and Dell Seton Medical Center at the University of Texas, and Chief Operating Officer for Seton Medical Center Williams. Under his leadership Jessie championed many healthcare growth initiatives to include serving on the leadership team responsible for the construction and opening of the Dell Seton Medical Center at the University of Texas, and starting clinical programs for maternal fetal medicine, vascular, comprehensive outpatient wound care and leading the launch of the first regional burn program in Austin, Texas.

Jessie and his wife Jonique have resided in the Austin area for over 14 years with their two daughters Addison (14) and Jessa (7). As a family, they enjoy spending time outdoors, hiking & taking in live music. In his free time, Jessie serves as an active member in his church, is on several local boards, expert advisor to healthcare startups and gives back through various mentorship programs. He is also an avid cyclist and each year cycles in support of the Multiple Sclerosis Society.
