Our 24th year golf tournament will be held at Falconhead Golf Club on April 21, 2023. Please save the date and let your friends and golfers know to save the date.
The mail out was scheduled to go out last Friday. Emails have been sent to golfers and supporters we had information on. Printed registration brochures will be available on Thursday. Drawing tickets should be available this Thursday.

If you will notice on the thank you at end of this newsletter, our sponsors from last year has been primarily Rotarians. Let's BE BOLD and reach out to local businesses we do business with and get some support from our community.
We need members to go out and solicit donations as well as sponsorships. We have been given permission to use the District Keyway to solitic donations of items, not cash donations. This will allow us to reach out to those businesses who only allow donations to 501c3 organizations. This will be a big deal as we reach out to larger companies.
A google doc has been created to list who is asking who for donations so there are not multiple Rotarians going to the same business. If you would like to access this google doc, let Brenda know. If you have an idea for a donation, but are not comfortable doing the ask, please let a member of our marketing team know and we will be more than happy to help. That would be Brenda, Beth, Roblyn, Danny, and Stan.
The drawing prizes will be the same as last year - the University of Texas basket and the Adult Beverage basket. These images are from last year but will be similar this year. Those who purchase drawing tickets this year will be able to put their ticket in a basket/container that reflects which prize they want to go for.
Our goal is that the golfers are purchasing items in the silent auction, not Rotarians donating and buying the items.
The next golf marketing meeting will be Tuesday, March 7 at 7 pm. It will be a Zoom meeting - so easy to attend.
