Will Hampton was a member of the Rotary Club of Austin-Oak Hill, now Austin-Southwest. At the library the Rotary Club has maintained the area around the gazebo, donated by Rotarian Ross Baldwin. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The club designed and built the trail head connecting the library to the Dick Nichols Park. The club also designed and build space under an old oak tree on that trail.  There are tables and benches for people to use.
